HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
It usually takes 2 business days to tailor your orders before they are shipped, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times can take up to 5 days during holidays.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the shipping tracking number.
Orders are sent via UPS.
It takes 2 business days after your order has been produced to reach you.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can cancel it within 12 hours before your order begins to be processed.
CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?
There is a 12-hour confirmation or cancellation process from the time your order is placed. After 12 hours, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept order cancellations, as your order will be processed.

HOW CAN I RETURN ORDER?
You can return your product only if it is damaged. Since your product is specially produced for you, if the product is not damaged, returns will not be accepted.
If your product is still under warranty, you can contact a customer service representative and they will be happy to provide you with a return address or our Refund Policy.
